The speed of the development and changes of
technology is so fast and astonishing that
causes the increase of stress and diminishing
societies health. There are some
factors involved in the creation of the stress.
Those factors included as the stresses caused
by external factors of the organization internal
factors of the organization, collective and
individual stresses.
The relationship between stress and the
performance of the employess from one hand
depends to other factors such as nature and
the toughness of work, and also to the other
hand, to motivation, goal, ability, and other
particular characteristics of every individual.
Researches prove that stresses can affect
the performance and when it increases, the
quality of performance decrease.
The various consequences of stress usually
appeare in the form of physical, psychological
and behavioural defects. Stress is an inevitable
part of life and it has two states': Wearing out,
destructive and negative stresses and the other
one, energizing, constructive and positive
stresses. the internal stress of organization is
originated from organizational policies,
physical conditions of work, organizational
structure and organizational process that all
managers of the organization, should pay
attention to.
