Burn - Out and it's Measuring Methods

Abstract

One of the factors which causes the declining
of human efficient performance is called burn
- out, so it seems necessary to know this
phenomenon.
In this essay, first the different distinctive
features of burn - out (emotional I physical
wearing out, losing extremely the individual
characteristics, declension of performance)
separately have been defined. Then, the
structure of Musleshand Jackson's burn . out
questienaires and the difference. between this
psychological structure with the others have
been considered and analyzed. The stability of
this method was obtained by means of
correlation of coefficients of examination and
re-examination results for different trades. The
external and internal allowable range of the
questionaire can be confirmed through three
methods as followings.
1- Scores of burn - out of each of the trades
whom completed the relevant questionaires,
correlated to that of the individual behavioural
scores who independently were known to the
examiners.
2- The scores of burn - out of the trade who
completed the relevant questionaires and
according to their records of work experiences,
were expected .to get in touch with this
phenomenon, were correlated.
3- The study of job distinction.
