other words, management based on moral
values paves the way for development.

management based on Islamic values (which
Imam's one is the real imagine of management
of this kind) and the western - made
management is the difference in "to look upon
human being", it is meant the imagination and
the idea that a man has about himself, others,
and also his relationship with nature, time,
essence and rational Inclinations, as well as his
interactions in the society, location, and the
atmosphere that he is living in.
