The Project of Comperative Studies in Management

Abstract

The objective of this project is to deduce all
theories, axioms and propositions in all realms
of management. For this purpose the major
fields of management delineated and because
of the very fact that the field of behavior is the
focus of all major analysis of human behavior
and the human being is the entering gate of all
values into theories and models of
management, paramont importance and
priority was given to it in the process of this
study.
As a second step, important theories, and
models of any field were deduced according to
the following sequence of activities:
1- Deducing appropriate definitions,
2- Deducing outlines of theories
3- Deducing assumptions and major
principles that the theorists most clearly or
implyingly refer to them.
The key words in this endeavour are :
Principle, Generalization, Description, Axiom,
Perspectives, Hypothesis, Assumptions,
Interpretation, Fundamentals, Explanation
and Approach.
Moreover, conventionally speaking, any
theorists for elucidation and expression of his
assumptions and presuppositions which
demonstrates his or her philosophical
inclination and their tendency toward certain
schools of thought. These assumptions and
presuppositions have been classified in a very
vivid manner.
In the third and fourth step the very
dominant principles, presuppositions and
axioms will be deduced for further better
decision making.
