Abdol hamid shams has presented
The second part of his article on "The Effects
Of Privatization and Deregulation". This part
deals with explanation of deregulation concept
and its application to the Iranian public sector.
He cites examples from privatization efforts in
France and United States and compares their
processes and achievements with similar cases
which have been observed in Iran. The author
further discusses administrative reforms,
economic policy formulation, and social
framework which needs to facilitate the
privatization process.
