Mr . Hassan zarei mateen examines the

Performance". In an article written under the
same title he first explains the concept of
culture and then examines the conflicts
between the strong and weak cultures and
their impact on the individuals working within
organizations. He offers a model which
explains the relationships between the. cultures
and organizational effectiveness. He asserts
that the corporate culture should be strong
initially, and be compatible with the goals and
missions of the organization in order to
support organizational performance. The
author stresses the role that managers can play
in the acculturation process and making
commitment to a better organizational
environment
