Abstract

Economists, sociologists and others have come to-this conclusion that the only element that eventually will determine the orientation of development, economic and social development of any country is the human resource. Hence the physical capital and natural resources are not determinant one in this respect. The development of human resources which is the result of younger generation education will increase the power of production sources so that the supply at the determined time would be available. The more education of work force is comprehensive, systematic and intense the more it-will help to enhance the power of individuals which leads to higher productivity and accelerated development. Higher education causes the greater skill For younger generation . which in turn leads to higher production and more efficiency and productivity. Human resource theory and productivity, the age- income curves for educated people and the efficiency productivity evaluation and estimation of university graduates have been dealt with in this article.
