Professionals and Innovation:
Structural-Functional Thinking
versus Radical-Structural
perspctive
Abstract
studying the role of the professionals in the
process of organizational innovation has been
always under the influence of
structural-functional thought.

been tested and analysed has shown that this
method finally has led to certain ambigous and
unstable findings. An alternative approach
based on radical-structural principle for
application of such research methodology has
been proposed
