Financial Strategy for Development of
the National Water' Resources.
Abstract
Population increase, water requirement for
irrigation purposes, drinking and industrial
uses of water will be increased accordingly.
For the supply of enough water, the water
: infrastructure facilities in different fields such
as supply, transfer, irrigation networks, and
distribution of city water supply must be
developed.
Of course the development of national water
infra-structure requires huge investment. The
survey of water status on the National level
proves, that the past year investment for
leveling ever the spending out has not been
enough let alone original investment and
continuation of this trend will cause even
further loss of the capacity of water supply
installations and infrastructure. In this article
such a problem has been processed through a
dynamic modelling and of course financial
strategies for changing the above mentioned
inappropriate trend have been analyzed. The
model proves that it is possible and cost benefit
to borrow for water investment and to
pay back the loan through sold shares for
.household water distribution
