"The Dominance of Machine Bureaucracy"

Department of Business Administration, of the
School, has discussed problems of bureaucracy
in his article titled "The Dominance of
Machine Bureaucracy," . It self a preface to the
Farsi translation of Henry Mintzberg's
Chapter 17 of "Mintzberg on Management".
He argues that bureaucracy in it's form and
process, has dominated the minds of the
arerage manager, public or private, to the
detriment f creativity and innovation. He
makes use of concepts as "business culture"
which offers money and pleasure as the
qltimate values.
He is supportive of Mintzbrg's approach
except for the latter's recommendations that
are non-existent.
