The function of different processes of an organization, has an important role in the performance of that organization, In order to control the performance of an organization, all processes should be first identified and get under control. However, every process can be analyzed from different perspectives. By considering different aspects affecting the processes, this research has presented eight steps for these factors including: interaction between processes, process setup, Adaptation of processes to customer's needs,
adaptation of processes to organizational plans, Processes Productivity,
control over process Failures, processes audit and re-engineering of
processes. After considering the mentioned processes, we can be sure of the
suitability of processes management. Furthermore in this research, a proper
measure for controlling each process has been stated, so that they can be evaluated and measured using these measurement tools. By using these measurement tools and comparing them at different periods, we can recognize the inefficiencies and propose the ways to eliminate the problem.
